Lowell Richard is an experienced manager and business consultant with a strong background in operations and management. Currently serving as a manager at Superior Plus Propane and Osterman Propane LLC since February 2020, Lowell also operates the L A Richard Group as a management consultant and business coach, focusing on advising small-to-mid sized businesses on process improvement and growth strategies. Prior to this, Lowell held the position of district manager at Irving Oil from 2016 to 2019, where significant performance turnarounds were achieved through effective budgeting and cost control measures. Additionally, Lowell gained extensive experience in operations management at UPS from 2003 to 2016, overseeing a large workforce and coordinating logistics across multiple facilities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Southern New Hampshire University.
