Rebecca House, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Ostara since May 2023, overseeing HR functions, payroll, and safety. Previously, Rebecca held a role as a Human Resources Consultant with Automation & Controls Specialists, LLC, while also consulting for JB Consulting Systems, where a range of HR projects were managed for various small to mid-size businesses. Past positions include HR Generalist and Interim HR Manager at TECT Aerospace, and roles at Penguin Windows, Walgreens, Allied Waste Services, and McDaniel's Do It Center, demonstrating extensive experience in employee relations, recruitment, and HR policy development. Rebecca completed a B.S. in Social Sciences with a focus on Business and Human Resources from Central Washington University and furthered education at Western Washington University.
