Ruhi Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, quality assurance, and project management across various industries. As Co-Founder of OStaff since February 2023, Ruhi has been instrumental in establishing a staffing company targeting the US market, which provided valuable insights into organizational setup. Prior to this, Ruhi served on the Board of Directors for VMC Services India Private Limited from March 2017 to January 2023, where guidance was provided for statutory requirements. From May 2009 to January 2023, Ruhi held multiple leadership roles at Arctern, leading strategic initiatives, business process management, and quality control across operations. Previous experiences include significant positions at Wipro Technologies, Chemtex, and UHDE GmbH, with expertise in software quality assurance, electrical engineering, and project management. Ruhi holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College.
