Oğulcan Sami Tatlıcı is an experienced engineer and project manager with a background in civil engineering. Currently serving as an Engineer at OST, Inc. since April 2022, responsibilities include static plan creation, modeling and analysis using Sta4cad, quantity surveying, project management through Primavera, and manufacturing oversight in technical offices and on-site. Previously, Oğulcan held project management roles at Konsept Dizayn Mimarlık and Ortadoğu Holding, where key tasks involved structural design for reinforced concrete and steel structures, project oversight, and safety management on construction sites. Oğulcan began a career at Ortadoğu Holding as an intern in 2017, completing extensive site observations during a prolonged internship. Oğulcan holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Erzurum Teknik Üniversitesi and is pursuing a degree in International Policy Analysis from Harvard Business School Online.
