Javier Anthony Mackey is an accomplished Military Analyst and Subject Matter Expert currently working at OST, Inc. since February 2020, where contributions include supporting the lifecycle project management of diverse training systems and providing technical input for acquisition documents in compliance with DoD guidelines. Prior experience includes roles as a Product/Project Coordinator at Optimal Solution Technologies, where responsibilities involved coordinating logistics for training simulation projects, and as a Property Management Specialist at OST, Inc. focusing on logistics contract deliverables. Javier also served as a Senior Military Instructor at the University of Central Florida Army ROTC, mentoring over 200 future officers. Earlier military experience includes significant roles in the 3rd Special Forces Group and the US Army as a Special Forces Engineer, overseeing demolitions training and operations. Javier holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Training Development from the University of Louisville.
