Sana Aamir Ali Khan has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Sana started their career as an HR Intern at Dabur International Ltd in 2016. Sana then worked as an Invigilator at the British Council from 2016 to 2017. Sana gained further experience as a Recruitment Executive at Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd from 2017 to 2018. Sana then joined EGeeks Global as a Senior Executive in Human Resources from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Sana is the Recruitment & HR Lead at Ossols Private Limited, where they have implemented HR strategies, managed recruitment activities, and initiated performance appraisal systems. Additionally, they have contributed to training and development, ensured legal compliance, and designed organizational structures.

Sana Aamir Ali Khan completed their BS in commerce from Jinnah University for Women between 2013 and 2016, with a focus on Human Services, General. Prior to that, they attended The Educators Professionals Campus from 2003 to 2010, where they received their Matriculation with a field of study in Computer Science. Sana has also obtained additional certifications in Diversity Recruitment and Talent Management from LinkedIn, as well as ESOL SESOL from City & Guilds.
