David Fazhong Deng has over 25 years of experience in software engineering. David Fazhong began their career in 1995 as a Software Architect for Objective Systems Integrators. In 2001, they joined Agilent Technologies as a Software Architect, where they designed software architecture for current and future products and led the team during the life cycle of the product. In 2006, they co-founded OSSera, Inc., where they served as Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board and CTO. In 2010, they co-founded Beijing Huazhikai Technologies and served as Co-Founder and CTO, where they developed new generation operation support systems and provided technical support for OSSera customers throughout the world.

David Fazhong Deng received their B.S. in Meteorology from the Nanjing Institute of Meteorology in 1984. David Fazhong then went on to receive their M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1994.
