Steve Elks CEng is a seasoned professional in the fields of project delivery and technical leadership, currently serving as the Project Delivery Director at Osprey CSL since February 2021. Previously, Steve held the position of Chief Technical Officer at Osprey Consulting Services Limited from 2011 to February 2021. Steve's earlier experience includes significant roles in the RAF, such as Officer Commanding Central Air Traffic Control School Systems Squadron and Functional Safety Engineer from September 2005 to June 2011, and various specialized positions in military ATM systems and software engineering from 1990 to 2004. Steve holds a Master of Science in Safety Critical Systems Engineering from the University of York and a Higher National Diploma in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computing from Gloucestershire College of Art and Technology.
