Eva Anaya has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2017, they worked as a Web Editing and Online Sales Assistant at Look Voyages, where they assisted with online sales and web editing. Later that year, they joined Carrefour as a Chargée Relation Collaborateurs, where they handled employee inquiries and complaints, as well as participated in employee retention initiatives. In 2018, Eva became the Head of the Economic Development Department at Coroneo Town Hall, responsible for leading the department's activities. Eva then joined CCI Nice Côte d'Azur in 2020 as an Assistante Gestion de Projet, where they participated in business development and provided support to companies in innovation projects. Currently, Eva is working as an Office Manager at Osol, a role they have held since early 2021.

Eva Anaya completed their Baccalauréat in Informatique at the École de Sciences et Technologies de l'État de Guanajuato from 2010 to 2013.
