Gina Falk is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on medication coordination and nursing case management. Currently serving as the Specialty Medication Coordinator at OSO Home Care, Inc. since August 2019, Gina has previously held roles in nursing case management at MemorialCare Home Health and psychiatric nursing at UCI Medical Affiliates and Anaheim Global Medical Center. Gina's career in mental health began at Metropolitan State Hospital as a Psychiatric Technician. Educational pursuits include studying Healthcare Administration/Management at the University of Phoenix and additional coursework at Mt. San Antonio College, where studies have been ongoing since 1993.
