Karen Schlichter-Schonsby has a long history of work experience in the beauty industry. Karen began their career in 1985 as an Account Executive at L'Oreal USA. From 1993 to 2006, they were a Headquarter Account Executive at LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics Givenchy/Guerlain, managing a $9.0M territory over a 5-state area. From 2006 to 2014, they were an Account Executive at Bare Escentuals, responsible for the growth of a $2.0M territory across 4 states. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Regional Account Executive at Pevonia International LLC, responsible for the achievement of sales targets for a six-state territory. From 2017 to 2019, they were an Account Executive Midwest at HydroPeptide LLC.
