Trond Haugen has a diverse background in the maritime and recruitment sectors, currently serving as Recruitment Manager at OSM Thome since June 2022. Previously, Trond held the position of Kranfører at Valaris Limited from July 2019 to July 2022, and at Maersk Drilling from February 2015 to June 2019. Trond began their career as Kranfører and arbeidsleder at OSM Maritime Group from April 2010 to February 2015, where experience included working on the Haven accommodation rig in the Ekofisk field for ConocoPhillips. Trond’s educational background includes vocational training in automotive mechanics, with certifications from institutions such as Blakstad videregående skole and Nissan Arendal, culminating in a trade certificate as a car mechanic.
