Henry L. has a diverse work experience in the scientific industry. Henry started their career as a Molecular Diagnostician at Fera Science Ltd. in April 2018 but left after three months. Henry then joined Abingdon Health plc in October 2018 as a Primary Production Technician and worked in that role until September 2019. Henry then transitioned to the role of Research and Development Scientist at the same company from September 2019 to March 2021. After that, they were promoted to Senior Research Development Scientist and held that position until October 2021. Henry then joined Sense Biodetection Ltd in September 2021 and worked as a Scientist in Assay Development until March 2023. Currently, they are employed at Osler Diagnostics as a Senior Scientist in Assay Development starting from February 2023.

Henry L. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences at Durham University. After finishing their undergraduate studies, they joined the University of York to pursue a Master of Science degree in Industrial Biotechnology, which they completed in 2017.
