Ben Dease started their work experience in 2004 as a Sales Representative at Shire. Ben then worked at Joint Active Systems as a Sales Representative from July 2012 to April 2016. Afterwards, they worked at MedShape - arthrosurface as a Sales Representative from August 2013 to April 2016. Then, they joined Osiris Therapeutics in April 2016 as a Sales Representative. Currently, they are working at Smith & Nephew as a Sales Rep through the acquisition of Osiris Therapeutics in April 2019.

Ben Dease attended Randolph-Macon College from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics. Ben'sfield of study was in Business and Economics.
