Richard Vassallo has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Associate Estimator at Superior Asphalt, Inc. from May 2006 to April 2011. Richard then joined Oshkosh Corporation-Pierce Manufacturing as a Design Engineer from April 2011 to September 2012. Following this, Richard worked as an Engineering Project Manager at Armorit LLC from October 2012 to June 2013. Richard returned to Oshkosh Corporation, this time at the JLG division, where they held various positions including Design Engineer from June 2013 to September 2014, Senior Design Engineer from September 2014 to March 2018, Principal Engineer from March 2018 to February 2021, and currently as a Senior Principal Engineer from February 2021 onwards.

Richard Vassallo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida in 2010. Richard then pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the same university, completing it in 2010.
