Kari Schmuhl, SPHR has over 19 years of work experience in various HR roles. Kari currently works at Oshkosh Corporation as the Director of Global HR Technology since February 2019. Prior to that, they served as the HRIS Manager and Lead HR Analyst at the same company. Kari has also held positions at Kimberly-Clark as a Human Resources Business Partner. Before joining Kimberly-Clark, Kari worked at Oshkosh Corporation as an HR Analyst and Human Resources Representative. Kari gained experience in labor relations as a Labor Relations Intern at the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. Additionally, they served as an HR Intern at MSU Federal Credit Union and worked as a Research Assistant at Michigan State University.

Kari Schmuhl, SPHR completed a Masters degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university from 2000 to 2004. In 2013, they obtained the SPHR certification from HRCI.
