Amber Fenner is an experienced human resources professional with a background in talent acquisition and HR services. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Oshkosh Corporation, Amber leads a team responsible for day-to-day talent acquisition operations and enhancing the candidate experience. Prior to this role, Amber held positions including Global HR Services Lead and HR Services Analyst at Oshkosh Corporation, as well as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Oshkosh Defense. Throughout a career that began in 2012, Amber has consistently provided strategic HR support across various functions, managed employee relations issues, and coordinated talent acquisition activities. Amber holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
