Egi Papajanis is an IT Helpdesk Specialist at OSHEE - Operatori i Shpërndarjes së Energjisë Elektrike since December 2019, bringing expertise from previous roles as a Customer Support Specialist at Telekom and Junior IT Helpdesk at Digicom Albania. Egi commenced a career in telecommunications as a Trainee at Vodafone in 2016. Egi holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnical University of Tirana and a Bachelor's degree in the same field.
