Troy Campbell has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Troy started their career at US Synthetic in 1996, where they held leadership roles in research and development as well as CNC machining until 2012. Troy then moved on to work as the Director of Manufacturing at Morinda, Inc. from 2012 to 2013. After that, they served as the Plant Manager at Inpro Seal LLC from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Sales Engineer at JM Grisley Machine Tool and concurrently served as the Director of Instrument Manufacturing at Great Basin Scientific, Inc. until 2017. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Plant Manager at US Synthetic Bearings. Most recently, they served as the Director of Manufacturing at Bullfrog International, LC from 2021 to 2023, and is currently the COO at OSH Cut since 2024.

Troy Campbell has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Utah Valley University. Troy also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Utah.
