Dave Gent NCSO is a seasoned health and safety professional with extensive experience in training and management. Currently serving as a Senior Health and Safety Trainer at OSG since August 2022, Dave specializes in delivering in-person and web-based safety courses. Prior to this role, Dave held various positions including Health and Safety Manager and Construction Safety Officer at VanMar Constructors ON Inc., contributing to safety efforts on a 150-unit community housing project. Further experience includes roles as a SHE-Q Advisor at Mammoet Canada, health and safety consulting, and a range of positions at STRONE, where responsibilities encompassed training, safety coordination, and operational supervision.
