Lori Lennox

Lori Lennox has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations. Lori started their career in 2000 as an Occupational Therapist at The Ottawa Hospital, where they developed and implemented treatment plans for patients. Lori then moved on to Acclaim Ability Management Inc. in 2000, where they worked as a Senior Occupational Therapist, coordinating services for individuals' health needs in compliance with provincial standards. In 2003, they briefly worked as a Case Manager at Champlain Community Care Access Centre (CCAC), focusing on proactive case management. From 2004 to 2015, they held multiple positions at the Canadian Institute for Health Information, including Program Consultant and Program Lead, where they managed governance matters and operational activities of various programs. In 2015, they joined The Canadian Medical Protective Association as a Director, leading business strategy and analytics functions, and then transitioned to the role of Director, Strategic Governance Office at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada in 2020. Overall, they have a strong background in strategic planning, data management, and program management.

Lori Lennox has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from the University of Ottawa, which they obtained in 2000. In 2007, they completed their Master of Health Administration (M.H.A.) degree from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa. In 2018, they attended the Schulich School of Business - York University for the Strategic Marketing Management Executive Program. Lastly, in 2019, they completed the Driving Digital Strategy program at the Harvard Business School Executive Education.
