Sylvain Dalon is an experienced R&D manager with a career spanning over three decades in the flavor industry. Currently serving as R&D manager at OSF Flavors since October 2000, Sylvain specializes in sweet-savory flavor formulation and analysis. Prior experience includes roles as a sweet-savory flavorist and animal nutrition flavorist at Aromsa AS from 1996 to 2000, as well as serving as a sweet flavorist for export and animal nutrition flavorist at Fontarome - Flavors (Groupe TechnicoFlor) from 1991 to 1996. Sylvain's education took place in Gennevilliers.
