Halim El Moussaoui is a seasoned Flavorist with extensive experience in the flavor industry. Currently at OSF Flavors since October 2015, Halim specializes in the formulation of sweet flavors across various types of media, utilizing advanced analytical tools such as GC-MS and HPLC. Previously, at OSF France from March 2014 to October 2015, Halim served as an Aromaticien, focusing on sweet flavor formulations. Earlier experience includes a position at Groupe Soparind Bongrain, where Halim developed flavors while considering technical, legislative, and economic constraints, as well as evaluative sensory assessments. Prior to that, Halim gained foundational experience at Nestlé Waters as an R&D Project Apprentice, contributing to flavored product development and interdepartmental communication. Halim holds a Master's degree in Formulation and Sensory Evaluation in Flavor from ISIPCA and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
