Caroline Gachet is an experienced professional specializing in social and professional integration, currently serving as Responsable de programme at OSEO Vaud since February 2016. In this role, Caroline oversees programs supporting young individuals and adults in their pursuit of education and employment opportunities. Caroline has also worked as a Job coach, focusing on the professional reintegration of participants aged 18-25 and adults. Prior to OSEO Vaud, Caroline held consulting positions at Berinfor and socialdesign, where responsibilities included project management and organizational support for educational institutions and public administration.
