Adile Gachoud is a seasoned professional with a strong background in social work and career coaching. Currently serving as Cheffe d’équipe et Job coach at OSEO Vaud since March 2020, Adile previously worked as a Travailleuse sociale at Fondation Le Relais from August 2019 to May 2020, and gained experience as a Stagiaire Conseillère en Insertion at OSEO Vaud's Entreprise sociale d'Insertion ESI from February 2019 to July 2019. Adile holds a Master's degree in Politique et management publics and a Bachelor of Arts in Sciences politiques with a minor in sciences sociales, both from the University of Lausanne - UNIL.
