Jacob Gilman is a Principal Engineer at Oscillas Technologies, Inc., since August 2018, where expertise in understanding client business processes leads to the development of unique technological solutions. Previously, Jacob co-founded TradeDefender and Financial Intelligence Labs, where analytical tools and software consulting services catered to the equity derivatives and financial services markets, respectively. Early career roles included a Research Associate position alongside Professor Robert Lemke, where software simulations of blackjack games aided statistical research, and a Quantitative Researcher role at SaveUp, focusing on data analysis for management decision-making. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Finance from Lake Forest College, completed in 2017.
