Jim Weinland is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning several decades in various renowned hospitality establishments. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at ASM Global-Osceola Heritage Park since June 2016, Jim previously held the position of Assistant Banquet Sous Chef at Walt Disney World from November 2000 to 2024. Prior roles include Executive Chef at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts, Sous Chef at Radisson, and Chef Assistant positions at Peabody Hotels and Resorts and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Jim began their culinary journey as the Lead Culinary/Banquets at Royce Hotel. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Bucks County Community College and a high school diploma from Harry S. Truman High School.
