Mary Willoughby is an experienced health care professional with a strong background in strategy and management. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Oscar Health, Mary has previously held significant roles including Aspen Ideas Health Fellow at The Aspen Institute and Senior Director of Payer Strategy and Growth at Evolent Health. Earlier in the career, Mary served in various capacities at Blue Cross NC, including Senior Manager of Strategy and Market Offer, Manager of Segment Strategy, and Senior Strategic Advisor for Segment Marketing. Mary began the career as a Staff Assistant for the State of North Carolina.
