Joseph Long currently serves as the Associate Director of Business Strategy & Operations at Oscar Health, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Joseph was the Director of Patient Access & Experience & Project Management for UVA Health in Northern Virginia and Culpeper from May 2023 to August 2024. Joseph’s extensive experience at Kaiser Permanente from 2010 to April 2023 included several key positions, such as Delivery Systems Planning Senior Strategy Consultant and Regional Director of Medical Center Management Strategy Implementation. Joseph also held roles at Community Health Systems as Assistant Director of Specialty Practice Operations in 2008 and at Aurora Sinai Medical Center as an Executive Administration Resident. Joseph holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from Western Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Administration from Louisiana Tech University.
