Federica Guardascione is a fashion professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Production Associate for RTW/Knits at Oscar de la Renta since November 2021, Federica has also worked as a Freelance Creative and Art and Fashion Director from November 2016 to June 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Fashion Product Manager at RWE ITALY S.R.L. from January 2018 to September 2021, and internships at Barba Napoli and Cesare Attolini, where Federica contributed to the development of capsule collections. Additionally, Federica has experience as an Assistant Creative Director at Paola Grande Gioielli. Federica Guardascione holds a Laurea Magistrale in Fashion Design from Seconda Università degli Studi di Napoli, obtained in 2016, as well as a Laurea triennale in Fashion Design from the same institution, completed in 2013.
