Jacob Chapman is a Senior Credit Analyst at OSB Group since December 2021, specializing in post-implementation product reviews and the design and implementation of the Group's affordability process. Prior to this role, Jacob served as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst at Al Rayan Bank, where responsibilities included conducting deep dives and horizon scanning for retail and commercial asset books, with a focus on affordability under stressed scenarios. Jacob also held the position of Credit Risk Analyst at Al Rayan Bank, managing the production of management information for credit teams and designing monthly credit packs for committee review. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at Willis Towers Watson, gaining exposure to corporate insurance and risk management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Money and Banking from the University of Birmingham and a BA (Hons) in Politics and Economics from the University of Reading. A-levels were completed at The Arthur Terry School with subjects in Law, Economics, and History.
