Tamar Hagbi is an experienced executive currently serving as Directeur-bestuurder at Woningbedrijf Velsen since April 2022 and as a Lid Raad van Toezicht at Open Schoolgemeenschap Bijlmer since October 2019. Previously, Hagbi held the position of Senior toezichthouder governance at Autoriteit Woningcorporaties from September 2020 to March 2022 and occupied various managerial roles at Woonstichting De Key from 2009 to August 2020, including Manager Programma's Interne Beheersing en Verbetermanagement and Manager Regio Oost. In addition, Hagbi was a board member at Kennisnetwerk Amsterdam and Beterburen, and served as Algemeen directeur at Stichting CITA from 1997 to 1999. Hagbi's academic background includes a PhD in progress and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and earlier studies in Political Science and Modern European History at Bar-Ilan University.
