Gea van der Zaag has extensive experience in the field of education, currently serving as a Docent beeldend en (beeld)coach at Open Schoolgemeenschap Bijlmer since August 2007. Prior to this role, Gea worked at Esprit Scholengroep as a Docent beeldende kunst en mentor from September 2005 to August 2007 and held the positions of Docent beeldende kunst en zorgcoordinator from December 1991 to July 2005. Gea's educational background includes a Bachelor of Education from Hogeschool Holland, along with advanced certifications in coaching and counseling within the educational context from various institutions, including a Post HBO in Coachen met Beeld from Altra Educe and multiple relevant qualifications from Centrum voor Nascholing.
