Matt Sandoe's work experience includes:

- Chief of Staff & Physical Climate Risk Lead at OS-Climate since April 2023.

- Climate Risk Lead at BNP Paribas where they were responsible for ESG risk management, climate risk scenario analysis, and transition risk portfolio analysis. Matt also served as the Physical Risk & Resilience Lead at the OC-Climate NGO and participated in BOE CFRF 2020/2021. (start date: June 2020 - current)

Matt Sandoe has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University. Matt also completed a course in ESG Risk Management, specifically Sustainability & Climate Risk, from GARP in 2020. Additionally, they pursued a Masters in Technology Transfer from the University of Bath, where they completed 80% of the innovation-driven course before relocating.
