Elizabeth D. Tilton is the Founder and CEO of Oyster Sunday, a hospitality studio supporting independent food and beverage businesses, and OS BENEFiTS, which provides affordable health insurance and wellness benefits tailored for the hospitality industry. With extensive experience, Elizabeth serves as a Board Member for Shacksbury Cider and as a member of the Board of Advisors for Women in Hospitality United, focusing on community building and equitable advancement in the industry. Previous roles include Head of Brand at W&P Design, Public Relations and Marketing Manager at Momofuku, and various positions in pastry and catering, showcasing a diverse background in hospitality and culinary arts.
