Ahmad Al-Naimi has a diverse range of work experience. Ahmad started their career in 2002 at Ooredoo Qatar, where they held various roles such as cashier, customer services representative, branch supervisor, and treasury supervisor. Ahmad also worked with corporate customers in their business unit, handling requests and providing system support. In 2007, they joined the Ministry of Municipality and Environment, Qatar, as a State Properties Researcher, where they were involved in urban planning and land acquisition. Ahmad enjoyed arranging meetings, documenting committee decisions, and communicating them to relevant individuals and entities. In 2009, they moved to ORYX GTL, initially working as the Chief HR Assistant before transitioning to the role of HR Specialist. In this role, they primarily focused on performance management, job documentation, and HR projects. Ahmad developed and implemented performance management policies and worked with various software systems. Ahmad was then designated as the Head of Talent Development and Qatarization. Overall, Ahmad Al-Naimi has gained extensive experience in HR, urban planning, and telecom industry during their career.
Ahmad Al-Naimi attended the University of Plymouth from 2011 to 2015. Ahmad earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Administration.
