Michael Arroyo, REB, currently serves as Sales Development Head at Ortigas Land Corporation since November 2021. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Head of Marketing and Public Relations at Anchor Land, where responsibilities included serving on the Executive Committee for a leading property development firm known for luxury projects. At Shang Properties, Inc., Michael was Recruitment and Training Head, overseeing sales training and recruitment functions for a prominent property developer. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Group Sales Manager at Federal Land, Inc., Sales Development Manager at SM Investments Corporation, and Sales Development Officer at Ayala Land, Inc. Michael holds multiple degrees, including a BFA in Advertising and Design from the University of Santo Tomas and has pursued various executive programs focusing on data science and strategy.
