Joseph P. McCormick is an experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon currently serving at Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists (OSMS) since June 2019. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Affinity Health System, where Joseph P. McCormick held the positions of President of the Medical Staff and Chief of Surgery, overseeing the surgical department during the critical merger of medical staffs from Mercy Medical Center and Saint Elizabeth Hospital. Joseph P. McCormick also contributed as the lead physician for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine North, playing a pivotal role in establishing a new orthopaedic practice. Prior to these roles, Joseph P. McCormick completed an orthopaedic residency at Denver Health from 1998 to 2002 and obtained an M.D. in Orthopaedic Surgery from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, along with a medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and a bachelor's degree in Biology from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
