Shieli Paris OTD, OTR/L, currently serves as an Occupational Therapist at the Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania, specializing in the evaluation and treatment of upper extremity injuries. Prior experience includes roles as a Gymnastics Instructor at Gymkhana Gymnastics Schools, a Supplemental Instructor and Tutor at Chatham University, and a Research Assistant focused on sensory garden research. Shieli has also contributed as a Respite Worker providing care for children with autism, a Personal Care Assistant for an elderly individual with significant health challenges, and an ABE/ESL Tutor at Literacy Pittsburgh. Shieli holds a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Chatham University.
