Sarah Veldman PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. MDT is a skilled physical therapist currently employed at Orthopaedic Associates of Muskegon since June 2022. With previous experience at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy from August 2019 to May 2022, Sarah demonstrated expertise in evaluating patients, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and managing diverse patient caseloads, particularly in orthopedic, neurologic, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. Recognized for excellence, Sarah received multiple accolades, including Ivy Rehab's 2021 Clinician of the Year and the Clinical Excellence Award. Academic contributions include serving as a clinical instructor and coordinating continuing education initiatives. Educationally, Sarah holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University.
