Lucas Vitale is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and business operations. Currently serving as the Chief People and Business Operations Officer at Orthofix since March 2024, Lucas previously held the position of Chief People Officer at ReNAgade Therapeutics and Chief Human Resources Officer at PhenomeX. With a notable tenure at NuVasive as Chief Human Resources Officer, Lucas oversaw HR functions and talent development from April 2014 to September 2021. Prior roles include various leadership positions in human resources at Life Technologies, where Lucas focused on talent management and organizational development. Lucas holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Design/Behavior from Alliant International University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Marketing from Hawaii Pacific University.
