Shaina Russell has a diverse work experience in healthcare administration. Shaina started as an Office Manager at Southern Kentucky Surgical in 2010 and later held roles such as Financial Administrator at ACER, LLC, Regional Administrator at COVINGTON ORTHO & SPORTS MED. CLINIC, LLC, and Clinical Administrator at Exceptional Dental of Louisiana. Currently, they are serving as the Claims Account Lead for the Southeast Region United States at OrthoFi since February 2021.

Shaina Russell obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Western Kentucky University in 2012. Shaina then pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management at Louisiana State University from 2015 to 2016. In 2011, they also studied Marketing and English at Universität Innsbruck. Additionally, they hold Healthcare Management and Leadership Certification and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certifications from Western Kentucky University.
