Yvan Waard has extensive experience in operations and customer support, currently serving as the Manager of Operations for Global Customer Support at ORTEC since June 2005. Previous roles at ORTEC include Team Leader and Senior Consultant in Support, as well as Team Leader and Consultant in Support. Yvan began the professional career as a SNG Operator at Kalanos Media Group from April 2003 to July 2005 and held an internship position at NOB in 2001. Yvan holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hanze University, with studies at Delft University of Technology. Education also includes attendance at obs de Westhoek! and obs de Linde, among other institutions.
