Katarina Frohlichova is an experienced registered psychologist and proficient positive behaviour support practitioner currently working at ORS Group since July 2020, with previous roles including senior positive behaviour support practitioner and team leader. Prior to ORS Group, Katarina worked at Mable as a community support worker, providing personal and domestic care for NDIS participants, and at Sanctuary Supported Housing Association Limited as a senior care and support worker, where responsibilities included team management, client support, and project management. Katarina began the career as a care/support worker at Allied Healthcare, earning recognition as Carer of the Month in July 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Clinical Child Psychology from Anglia Ruskin University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Univerzita 'Pavla Jozefa Šafárika' v Košiciach.
