Chris Orr currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Orrstown Bank, a position held since January 2025. Previous roles include Chief Digital Officer, Director of Digital Technology, Senior Vice President of Application and Information Management, and Vice President of Project Management at Sandy Spring Bank from October 2015 to January 2025. Prior to that, Chris Orr worked as a Client Services Manager and Project Manager for Software Implementations at FIS and as a Project/Program Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton. Chris started a career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate in Advisory/Systems and Process Assurance. Educational qualifications include a degree in Information Systems and Business Management from the University of Maryland, an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland, and a Leadership Certificate from The Wharton School, along with attendance at the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
