Tihomira Klobučar has a diverse work experience, spanning various industries and roles. Tihomira currently works as an Expert for Project Management and Administration at Orqa FPV since March 2023. Prior to this, they were a Business Mentor at HAMAG-BICRO, starting from April 2023. Tihomira is also the Owner and Founder of BE FUNDED, obrt za poslovno savjetovanje since June 2021.

In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, Tihomira has worked at Business Incubator BIOS Ltd. Tihomira held the position of Project Manager from June 2021 to March 2023, and before that, they worked as a Project Coordinator and Project Activity Manager from July 2016 to June 2021.

Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience working as a Booking Agent at Hotel Osijek from April 2015 to July 2016, and as a Telesales Agent at Transcom from December 2014 to April 2015.

Tihomira also has experience in the education sector, having worked as a School Librarian at Primary School August Šenoa Osijek from November 2011 to November 2012.

Furthermore, they have a background in the hospitality industry, where they served as a Food and Beverage Assistant and Cashier at SeaWorld San Diego from June 2009 to September 2009.

Lastly, they worked as a Public Relations Assistant at the Croatian Handball Federation from May 2008 to April 2009.

In 2017, Tihomira participated in the "Projekt jednako razvoj" program, where they obtained specialization in Public Procurement.

From 2014 to 2015, Tihomira attended Edunova - škola informatike i managementa, focusing on becoming a Head of Design and Implementation of Projects Financed by EU Funds.

In 2012, Tihomira completed the Pedagoško-psihološko-didaktičko-metodička izobrazba program at Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek.

From 2009 to 2011, Tihomira pursued their Master's degree in Library and Information Science at Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek.

Between 2005 and 2009, Tihomira earned their Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Zadar.

During their high school years, from 2000 to 2004, Tihomira attended Gymnasium Požega and completed the High School Certificate of Competence Program.

Apart from their formal education, Tihomira has also obtained additional professional certifications. In June 2017, they became a Public Procurement Specialist certified by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development. In December 2013, they passed the Professional Examination for Library Profession offered by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia. Additionally, in February 2013, Tihomira obtained the Professional Examination for School Librarians from the Ministry of Science, Education, and Sports of the Republic of Croatia.
