Angela Gehring is currently the Director of Finance & Community Engagement at Orpheus Chamber Orchestra. Prior to their current position, Gehring was an assistant manager at Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, Inc from September 2014 to May 2016. Angela was also a private flute teacher at La Jolla Music from September 2014 to May 2016. From December 2011 to August 2014, Gehring was self-employed as a flutist/piccolist. Lastly, they were the flute quartet instructor at Cleveland Heights-University Heights School District from September 2010 to May 2011.

Angela Gehring has a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Case Western Reserve University, Flute in cooperation with the Cleveland Institute of Music.

Angela Gehring reports to Alexander Scheirle, Executive Director. They are on a team with Gina Cuffari - Artistic Directors, Michael Volpert - Director, Artistic Planning, and Irene Lönnblad - Operations Manager.
