Yellena Pinsky has over two decades of experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as the R&D Software Director at Orpak Systems since July 2017, Yellena previously held the position of Team Lead at 365 Technologies Ltd from July 2014 to July 2017 and was a Team Leader at LADPC from July 2001 to July 2014, where Yellena focused on developers' team management starting January 2007. Earlier in the career, Yellena worked as a Programmer at Panam from 1999 to June 2001. Yellena holds a first degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Tel Aviv University and a second degree in Business Administration and Management from The Open University of Israel.
