Pablo Ayala Torcal has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2003. Pablo began their career in 2003 as the Founder and CEO of Innovae Vision. In 2006, they co-founded Eventia Turismo y Publicidad and became the President of the Consejo Administración. In 2012, they began teaching at the Universidad Europea de Madrid in the Master McCann Nuevas Tendencias de Comunicación Publicitaria program. In 2014, they became the Founder and CEO of INNOVAE and a Consultor at DSK Tech. In 2015, they co-founded BERRIUP Aceleradora de Startups and began teaching at FOM Talent in the Master Industria 4.0 program. In 2017, they became the Founder & Chairman of Eywa Space - Venture Builder AR/VR, Co-founder & Board Member of Oroi Wellbeing, and a Member of the Junta Directiva of Cluster GAIA.

Pablo Ayala Torcal graduated from the Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea in 2002 with a degree in Ingeniero Informático, specializing in Inteligencia Artificial - Interacción Persona Ordenador. Pablo began their studies in 1996.
