Leona Crean is an experienced professional in customer relationship management (CRM) and technology implementation with a strong background in leading CRM projects across various sectors. Currently serving as Global CRM Lead at Ornua since August 2021, Leona oversees the Salesforce CRM system for the Project Evolve initiative, ensuring alignment with business design principles and programme timelines. Prior to this role, Leona worked at KPMG Ireland from January 2016 to July 2021 as CRM Project Manager, managing the design and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365, and served in multiple CRM and process lead positions at Kerry from 2001 to 2014. Leona holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce International from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and has completed studies in Business French and Marketing in France.
